Tasja founded 3 Acres Group Consulting in 2023, following 20 years of success in delivering lynchpin roles, in partnership with exceptional CEO's & entrepreneurs and within prolific businesses in her key industries. 

Innovating and developing businesses and the team members within them, Tasja is known for being a passionate change-maker, directing highly complex projects, building client value propositions, client-centric operations and client relations and driving informed business growth. 

Advising and supporting on all business stages including M&A's, start-up, scale-up, restructures and stabilisations, she focuses on understanding the business operations, client satisfaction, team and efficiency, before developing insightful strategy and driving innovation and optimisation.
